Surgical Kit

Surgical Kit 1 contains instruments with a handpiece shaft for lateral access during an external sinus lift. Tungsten carbide burs in three diameters and diamond instruments in three grain sizes enable the successive thinning of the fascial maxillary sinus wall to the Schneiderian membrane. The large diameter of the instruments protects the membrane from unwanted perforation.
