External-Lift-Control is a system for the simple implementation of an external sinus lift. After lateral access through the fascial wall of the maxillary sinus, the Schneiderian membrane is dissected with various hand instruments and raised cranially from the floor of the maxillary sinus. A suitable augmentation material can then be placed under the Schneider’s membrane. The special CARBOCER® coating on the hand instruments enables reflection-free work.
