Meet the Team

Daniel has spent the majority of his working life in the dental industry which he has always been passionate about. “J&S Davis itself thrives because everyone working in it feels similarly about the products we sell and the profession we serve.” When Daniel is not working, apart from his lovely family, his is involved in musical theatre, walking and skiing.

Steve has worked in the Dental Industry for over 27 years in both manufacturing and the retail side. He is very excited to bring this wealth of experience to J&S Davis to take us on the next step of our very successful journey so far.
In his spare time, Steve is a music lover and has a passion for playing vinyl records on retro hi-fi equipment when he's not spending time with his family, including 4 daughters and a grand-daughter!

Rob Skippen has worked in the dental industry for over 25 years, first as a dental technician then migrating to a sales role. He joined the J&S Davis family in 2009 after a short spell out of Dentistry. He is the product specialist in our South East region and during his time with us has built up a following of loyal customers. In addition to converting many customers to our restorative products Rob has specialised in supplying the DAC Universal hand-piece steriliser and demonstrating our Endodontic range. When he isn’t at work, Rob enjoys cycling and spending time with his family – especially his granddaughter.

Cheryl is part of the furniture here at J&S Davis – having worked here for over 20 years. She started as an Office Junior in Claudius Ash and worked her way up to Team Leader in J&S Davis, before becoming Customer Services Manager when Daniel bought back the family business in 2012 (see History for more information). Based in the Head Office in Stevenage, Cheryl deals with all things customer related, from order processing, enquiries and purchasing. In her spare time, Cheryl enjoys surfing, scuba diving, looking after stray rabbits and spending time with her family. Her favourite activity is taking her pet chameleon, Linda Honey for her evening walk.

Charmaine has worked in the Dental Industry for over 25 years in both the manufacturing and retail side. She brings a wealth of sales and marketing experience; and is excited to be the brand manager for the highly innovative Curasept range of oral rinses, toothpastes and gels. In her spare time, Charmaine enjoys running, travelling and spending time socialising with family and friends.

Oliver will be the 4th generation to work for J&S Davis and is excited to continue the family connection to the industry. Oliver is new to the dental industry, having spent 5.5 years working in New Product Development for the manufacturing of Automotive parts. At university he studied Materials Engineering, which he is looking forward to applying in the dental world. Oliver is excited to be able to specialise in digital dentistry. Outside of work, Oliver is a keen badminton player, enjoys going to football and spending time with family & friends.

Andrea is a qualified dental nurse and oral health educator with over 25 years of experience in the dental industry, including 18 years specialising in dental sales. At J&S Davis Ltd, she focuses on dental implant sales, combining her clinical background with profound product knowledge to support dental professionals across the UK. Known for her creative approach and commitment to building strong client relationships, Andrea brings both expertise and enthusiasm to every interaction. Outside of work, she enjoys horse riding and getting lost in a good book.

Amanda has worked in dentistry for over 25 years in both clinical and commercial settings. The majority of her working life has been spent working as a Dental Therapist until she made the move to commercial dentistry 7 years ago, gaining experience in Education, Sales and Marketing. Outside of her professional life, Amanda enjoys walking, cycling and spending time with her family.

Alex has worked in the Dental Industry for over 19 years in both dental nursing and dental sales. She spent 12 years as a dental nurse where she completed post qualifications in Oral health education, and Radiography. Alex has also worked in dental sales for 7 years in all sectors -NHS/Private/Oral surgery/Orthodontic. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her children, going on nice walks with her family and dog, horse riding, travelling and spending time socialising with family and friends.
